Meal Madness 06-17


So for breakfast I had posted it all over Facebook but I will add it again. I forgot to she a pic ;)

1/2 ripe banana
4 strawberries with greens
1/4c blueberries 
Tsp vanilla extract
1/2c milk 
Tbs Greek yogurt 
Ice cubes about 2 


For lunch I tried something new that I was inspired by eating lunch at the farmers market a few weeks ago with my BFF :) 



1 cooked chicken breast
Warmed pita bread
Lettuce 
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
And for the Tatziki sauce that I whipped together:

2tbs sour cream 
Salt and pepper
Lemon 
Dill 

I just eye balled it and tasted it and it was so good and such a super easy lunch! It was really filling!

Dinner:


My first time making salmon but I knew all fish tastes good cooked in foil :)

Salmon filets
Olive oil
Sesame oil
Soy sauce 
Honey
Garlic 
Brown sugar 
Ground ginger
Sesame seeds 

Once again I just eye balled it. I sprinkled little of all the ingredients and just threw in carrots. Cooked at 375 for about 20 mins or until the carrots are soft :)


Served over rice and it was yummy and really filling! My husband even approved and he isn't a fish eater!
