So, I have to admit, I've been slacking on the blogging, and the TURBO FIRE! ooooops. I slid off the bandwagon.
But today I am starting a detox for today. Yogi Detox Tea and Lemon Water. Because this girl has felt like shit for weeks and my butt hole feels like its going to fall out from all the crap I've been eating!
So today is the jump start day!
Did I mention I'm suppose to be putting together my soon to be 3 year olds birthday decorations....BOOM.
I haven't even started! But I have bought the supplies ;) Yikes.

Update #2
So todays update... hehe There really isn't one. I kinda took today as my "Cheat/Relax" Day.
Actually I kinda just didn't have time this morning to get my workout in.
Or even breakfast, I just had coffee.
*Also forgot to add that last night we all went out for ice cream, but I decided to get Italian Ice instead, so kudos to me for not getting ice cream. Just a heaping pile of blue ice.*
We had a fun day filled with farmer's markets, garage sales, and BBQ chicken dinners!
But I did get some walking in, on this hot and humid day.
Then a huge dark, creepy, storm rolled in and down poured for awhile while we all snuggled in the living room watching Transformers. And I maybe, kinda, fell asleep. Oooops.
Now it is 4pm and its sunny out again, and we are having PIZZA for dinner. haha Did I mention we have two extra small children in the house this weekend? ha. Anything to please the small kids.
Hopefully tonight after the kids are asleep I can get some jump rope in! ;)
Update #1
Okay so yesterday I said I would update you on the rest of my meals and my fitness....so here we go.
First, around 9am I attempted one of the workouts. It was so much fun! I only managed to get in 10 mins of a 45 min workout, but hey its better than nothing. And I was dripping in sweat during! And for about an hour after, even after my shower, my body was still in that "high intensity" stage. It felt great, and gave me lots of energy throughout the day which I enjoyed.

I am in no way being paid or anything to make positive comments on the Beach Body ie: TurboFire workouts or anything. This is just me trying it out. I actually am borrowing it from my mother in law!
My first snack was strawberries! yum.
Then for lunch I had a turkey sandwich on those sandwich thins.
Had a bunch of water in between all of this.
Had some crackers for lunch and I think I even snuck in a piece of beef jerky, and maybe a cookie or two. INDULGENCES!!! This is what I get for having a teenager in the house haha! My sister in law is 15ish? So junk food galore in this house...also we have two extra young children this weekend who love junk food and snacks!
Then for dinner we all had spaghetti dinner!
So, I'm not 100% committed yet, but hey, I'm taking my time, and my body is still healing.
I don't want to feel pressured into looking a certain way or making sure my body looks a certain way. I just want to be in shape and healthy. And I am also still so exhausted, lil bebe still wakes up a couple of times in the night and its hard for me to just fall back asleep.
But on another hand, I wanna enjoy life and enjoy the foods I want, which I still will of course :) And make great memories with my family!

Fitness/Healthy Eating Day 1
Okay so today is my first morning doing my healthy eating and exercise.
I've decided to try and follow the BeachBody Turbo Fire exercise plan, and take some advice from the meal plan. But....I'm kind of just doing my own thing with the food portion.
Okay so the goal is to wake up by 6a.m. The program recommends eating 3 hours prior to a workout. So up at 6 and try to get the workout in by 9a.m. Snack at 10, lunch at 12, snack at 3, dinner by 6. Sounds simple.
So for this morning I am consuming:
One cup of regular coffee with 2 TBS of sweet creamer. So thats about 106 calories. But coffee is on the safe list of things you can consume! So Amen to that!
1CUP of cut strawberries. 50 calories.
1/4CUP of instant plain oatmeal with a dashof cinnamon and 1/4CUP of 2% Milk. 103 Calories.
Breakfast Calories : 259 Calories....DOESN'T SOUND LIKE A LOT! But I guess thats the point?
Ill update with snacks and the rest of the meal for today, and how the workout goes!
