Okay so today is my first morning doing my healthy eating and exercise.
I've decided to try and follow the BeachBody Turbo Fire exercise plan, and take some advice from the meal plan. But....I'm kind of just doing my own thing with the food portion.
Okay so the goal is to wake up by 6a.m. The program recommends eating 3 hours prior to a workout. So up at 6 and try to get the workout in by 9a.m. Snack at 10, lunch at 12, snack at 3, dinner by 6. Sounds simple.
So for this morning I am consuming:
One cup of regular coffee with 2 TBS of sweet creamer. So thats about 106 calories. But coffee is on the safe list of things you can consume! So Amen to that!
1CUP of cut strawberries. 50 calories.
1/4CUP of instant plain oatmeal with a dashof cinnamon and 1/4CUP of 2% Milk. 103 Calories.
Breakfast Calories : 259 Calories....DOESN'T SOUND LIKE A LOT! But I guess thats the point?
Ill update with snacks and the rest of the meal for today, and how the workout goes!
